### HOW TO INSTALL PPFX ###

1st step: You sitting in front of your computer, have the mod downloaded and the mod's *.rar-archive is opened.
2nd step: Now open your GTA IV main directory (the folder where you installed GTA IV and wherein GTAIV.exe, LaunchGTAIV.exe etc. is located).
3rd step: Right click on the file "GTAIV.EXE" in your GTA IV main directory. Now in the properties-windows, switch to the "details"-tab and look at the line "product version".
	-> If the line contents "1.0.0.4" you've got the patch 4. In the mod's archive, open the "Patch 4" folder.
	-> If the line contents "1.0.0.7" you've got the patch 7. In the mod's archive, open the "Patch 7" folder.
	-> If the line contents neither "1.0.0.7" nor "1.0.0.4", install either patch 4 (strongly recommended to use, higher quality than with patch 7; grab a link: http://www.thegtaplace.com/downloads/f4249-gta-iv-pc-patch-v1040) or Patch 7 (not recommended, lower framerate + lower quality for most users).
4th step: Okay. Now you should see three folders in the mod-archive. Open "BASE FILES (put in GTA IV main directory)" and copy its content into your GTA IV main directory which you just opened in step two. Replace the files if you're asked to but do a backup before.
5th step: Now go back and open the second folder "CONFIGS (choose one and put in IV main dir)".
	-> If your PC even barely handles GTA IV, I suggest you use the "middle"-config. Open the according folder and copy the "enbseries.ini" in your GTA IV main directory.
	-> If your PC-hardware is semi-decent and your GPU is at least at the performance level of a Nvidia GeForce GTX 280, GTX 750 Ti, AMD Radeon HD 5870, HD 6870, R9 270 or similar, I recommend the "Ultra"-config. Open the according folder and copy the "enbseries.ini" in your GTA IV main directory.

That's it.

If the visual style of old 1930/1940 color-movies appeals to you, you can it approximately as part of the mod. However it's experimental and not meant to contribute to a "natural", "realistic" look so install at your own risk.
To do so, open the third folder "EXTRA" and copy the "effect.txt" in your IV main-directory (see step 2). Replace the old effec.txt if you're asked to.

~~~ CREDITS ~~~
Initially, a big "thank you!" to every modder that makes this community as awesome as it is right now.
Thanks to Boris Vorontsov who invented and developed the ENBSeries mod and without whose work this mod would never be possible.
Thanks to people as DKT70, Silent, NTAuthority etc. who greatly contributed to the GTA modding scene.
A   B I G   Thank you to Hayssam Keilany aka. "icelaglace" who permitted me the use of his "iCEnhancer 2.0N"-timecycle-files without whom the mod would look substantially worse. I appreciate his work and look forward to the upcoming "iCEnhancer C"-mod.
